How To Make Mofongo Dominicano

Welcome back to my page.  I'm really excited about this video. I've been having a taste for Dominican Mofongo.   So in this video I share with you an easy Dominican mofongo recipe or mofongo receta. 

Mofongo is one of my favorite dominican food recipes.   I made this mofongo with pork.  You can also use shrimp, chicken, beef, ect whatever you desire.  My meat of choice is with pork belly better known in spanish as chicharrones. 

I don't make mofongo very often so I was very surprised that it tasted as if I practiced daily.
