South Beach Seafood Festival Miami

Welcome back.  Today's video I'm back in South Beach the South Beach Seafood Festival.  This was my first time here and I really enjoyed myself.  The cover charge was $25 and it was an open bar for 7 hrs.  There were 21 different restaurants from around the Miami area that served food. Strike 10 Bowling & Sports Lounge in Miami

In today's video, I took a trip to Gulf Stream Park located in Hallandale Beach for the best bowling in Miami.  The name of the place was Strike 10.  This place was awesome.  It comes equipped with an arcade and sport bar.   It's a kid friendly atmosphere during the day, so it's a great place to take your kids for an afternoon of bowling.  During the night hours it's a fantastic party,  with billiards, live dj, and non stop bowling.

Welcome back to my page.  I'm really excited about this video. I've been having a taste for Dominican Mofongo.   So in this video I share with you an easy Dominican mofongo recipe or mofongo receta. 

Mofongo is one of my favorite dominican food recipes.   I made this mofongo with pork.  You can also use shrimp, chicken, beef, ect whatever you desire.  My meat of choice is with pork belly better known in spanish as chicharrones. 

I don't make mofongo very often so I was very surprised that it tasted as if I practiced daily.
